Rest Day!!!

Woohoo! It’s going to be a wonderful bright, sunny and HOT and Humid day! So get out, enjoy the day, get a Tan, Drink Tropical drinks, read a book, veg. out and SLEEP! You’ll need the rest, and of course since it’s Monday you have to just grin and bear it at work.

Mental stress in this day and age is high, so minimize the caffeine intake, drink more water, eat lunch outside, eat more fruits and veggies (raw) and we’ll meet again tomorrow.
