Sandbag hoist and carry each shoulder x 400m

*Start with dl for 5 reps, followed immediately by cleans x 5, shoulder hoist x 5 each shoulder, shoulder hoist x 1 L/R with carry x 1 lap.
Getups start standing with db above head. L/R arm start x 5 each arm.
**Take your time, release those hands by stretching the fingers frequently.
